Use this pass for your first lesson to see if pilates is right for you, or to join an advanced class if you're an experienced student and want to try our studio
Valid for one month. Good for students who only participate now and again. It's valid for beginner & advanced classes.
Our cheapest pass is for most students who participate several times per week. Valid for all classes.

Comprehensive Pilates certified with 12 years experience. Maya trained at BASI Pilates and specializes in injury rehabilitation and postural correction.

Former professional dancer turned Pilates instructor. Carlos brings creativity and precision to every class, with a focus on functional movement.

Certified in pre/postnatal Pilates through The Center for Women's Fitness. Sarah helps mothers-to-be stay strong and recover with confidence.

Beginner friendly
Most of our students had zero experience before they joined. Everyone starts off the same, and students give each other encouragement.
Start with our Intro to Pilates class or book a private session. We'll teach you the fundamentals so you feel confident in any class.
Comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes work best. We practice barefoot or in grip socks (available for purchase at the studio).
Yes! We offer single classes, 5-class and 10-class packs, and unlimited monthly memberships. First class is always free for new clients.
Please cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid losing the credit. Late cancels and no-shows are charged the full class rate.
